From berlin, the heart of the vibrant german electronic scene, is coming this fresh three-track-release to celebrate the debut for digital label and dj-collective 'tonfreude'. Having played at numerous gigs in berlin and across germany during the past few years they know exactly what it takes to make a track suitable for the dancefloor. For their debut record labelhead teleselektor teamed up with dj-act dIN A2 to present a high standard tech house release that should fit the needs of any peaktime dj. Inserting a range of brasses, pianos and acoustic bass they underline their approach to focus on the more organic and musical side of clubmusic showcasing what has become state of the art in the 2011 tech house genre. Their zeitgeist surfing title track 'High Noon' got special support from berlin's most wanted Channel X who submitted a top-notch deephouse remix delving strongly into the sound of soulful and loungy dancemusic to round up this fancy release.

Nachdem das Berliner Label und DJ-Kollektiv 'tonfreude' in der Vergangenheit bereits etliche Erfahrungen auf diversen Gigs in Berlin und ganz Deutschland sammeln konnte, folgt nun das Debut auf dem elektronischen Musikmarkt: Mit der E.P. 'High Noon' liefern Labelhead teleselektor und das Berliner DJ- und Produzentenduo dIN A2 die erste standesgemäße Veröffentlichung ab - sie präsentieren zwei Tech-House-Tracks, die in erster Linie auf den Club abzielen dabei aber mehr als nur reine DJ-Tools sind. Die Trends moderner Clubmusik aufgreifend, kommen zahlreiche Melodieelemente und akustische Instrumente wie Saxophon, E-Piano oder Bassgitarre zum Einsatz und unterstreichen den Anspruch, die musikalische und organische Seite von Tech House zu betonen. Besondere Unterstützung kommt außerdem vom derzeit äußerst gefragten Berliner DJ-Act Channel X, die einen Remix des Opening-Tracks 'High Noon' beisteuern und mit ihrer entspannt souligen Deephouse-Interpretation den Release abrunden.
