Coming from Paris, Dario Brkic aka AIROD is perhaps one of the finest incarnations of what the bustling French techno scene can bring to the table when it comes to turning any cold-walled warehouse into a proper coal-fired furnace. Since he broke through on an international level in 2018 with his debut solo 12ʺ on Molekül, drawing instant support from the likes of Dasha Rush, Blawan, Randomer, Kobosil, to name a few, AIROD has kept working on his own strain of techno, both dark and muscular, energetic and tirelessly euphoric. A shared bill with Belgian techno ace Amelie Lens at REX Club would soon seal
Dario’s fate, prompting Lens to get him on board her highly reputed Exhale parties across the Globe, of which he’s since become a mainstay.

Taking their collaboration to a new extent, AIROD’s inaugural 12ʺ delivery for Amelie’s label Lenske – the aptly-titled ‘Voltage’ – finds him delivering four high-octane dancefloor cuts that promise to get the pressure of any dance floor rising effortlessly, no matter the hour of the day or the energy level of its audience. An increasingly in-demand talent, Dario also joined Dax J‘s Monnom Black stable in the meanwhile, contributing a track to the label’s eagerly anticipated debut VA ‘The World Of Monnom Black’, alongside some of today’s techno’s most renowned names.

In the meantime, the artist remains very productive and unveils his first album on Molekül: “Burn Injury”. An extensive album combining the different styles that inspires and pushes him to exceed his limits in terms of creativity and versatility. And his creativity does not end there. By creating his own label ‘Elixyr’ he was able to show his vision of electronic music, with tracks he didn’t see fit to release anywhere else but here. He developed his own visual identity by exploring and trying new things, with complete creative freedom to do so.

And last but not least, his second “Rave Cycle” EP released on Lenske (which has been directly repressed) won the support of the big artists of the techno scene such as Charlotte De Witte, Adam Beyer and many others.

A meteoric rise to supreme power for the Parisian producer, whose touring agenda has gone from busy to fully booked, and we grant you this, ladies and gentlemen, is just the beginning.

We are dearly thrilled to welcome @moiaofficial as a resident in our crew! The Berlin based producer and DJ has been very connected to art and music early on. She combines fast, pounding techno filled with energy, emotions, heavy dancefloor-oriented beats and experimentation with other music genres. 
With her energetic and driving sets she played in major cities around the globe. Recently she was having her first Colombia tour and has just embarked on her first Asia tour including her debut at the legendary FAUST Seoul. Her latest releases on The Brvtalist, Dusk Records, and KREATUR are a few of her current V/A, also she has just released her first solo EP. 

She is a woman to watch with incomparable sound productions and we are more than excited to share this journey with her!

Taking over the show this week, elusive German producer and Vault Sessions / BCCO resident DJ Phil Berg pulls out the big guns and vibes-avalanching blends for what can be called a proper feast in sound. Drum-fuelled tribal grooves, rugged early house manoeuvres, possessed machine funk, Berg runs the hoodoo down like a thrill-deprived stuntman, eager to pack the world’s whole field of energies in just two hours of music. Ribé, the alias of Alberto Pascual, is invited for our 182th podcast. He started his musical journey in 1998 at the age of 14 when he started creating his first mixes using tape decks. A first big breakthrough happened when he first published his EP on Richie Hawtin's label Plus 8, which brought momentum to his career. His musical project took a new turn when he started exploring modular synthesis, releasing music on PoleGroup, and later, on Klockworks and Axis. Now Ribé often plays live sets using his modular synths.
This podcast is a mix of uncompromising sounds, ranging from industrial to more hypnotic textures over thick rolling basslines.

@Gracedahl is a Techno DJ/Producer based in Amsterdam, making a name for herself with her stellar DJ performances and her flourishing skill for production.

Momentarily she finds her inspiration within a lot of old-school UK influences while mainly focussing on the more powerful, straightforward spectrum of Techno. She builds tension by adding current industrial touches, leading acid lines and sinister vocals to her otherwise dominating old-school sound.

She has notably destroyed the Unpolished and Vault Session Warehouse Elementenstraat on several occasions and you will understand why once you'll have listen to this set.

We are more than happy to welcome her into the Dusk Family!
