As i said on Twitter, i'm retiring of my mashup career, i think i did way enough, i did 3 dedicated mashup albums, etc. etc.

The only things i could have done before this and doing an actual mashup collab.

I want to release my unreleased projects that i initially wanted to compile them all in an album called "Pulsarmashups Is Gone" but i don't think i have enough good material to do so. Individual uploads might give me more exposure than ever, i'm trying that for sure

I've been thinking of this pun for the past couple of months, and I finally have the chance to capitalize on it. For the record, "suture" is pronounced something like "soo-chuh" or "soo-tre," so I promise that the pun makes sense phonetically. Sorta.

And yes, I know that this isn't a very complicated or glamorous mashup, but I've been spending time with family again and I'm trying to be in the moment, so this is just about the best I could do. Besides, I'm pretty sure nobody has done this before (on Soundcloud, at least), so I'm technically breaking new ground here. Well, as much as a mashup can ever be "breaking new ground," I guess.

To better Suture mood

I almost decided to put an audio disclaimer at the end of the track to warn people about the repost that would auto-play after it, but I'm feeling a little devilish. People will have to find out the hard way. >:)

Anyways, thanks to @assorted-interests for giving some valuable feedback on this track. I always appreciate it, man!

As for the thought process behind the mashup itself, I noticed that the drums for both Tom's Diner and Dreams of Love and Literature were very similar, and I worked the rest of the sources around that. It's a pretty simple pairing (aside from both songs being 4 semitones apart key-wise).
