How To Make Good Music and Be A Happy Person, a compilation of unreleased tracks composed in the late 90's and early 2000’s, marks Hrdvsion’s return to Creaked.

Having previously made releases in the label’s early years with their duo Starting Teeth, Hrdvsion have produced a consistently impressive and unendingly eclectic sound that distills a myriad of influences into irresistible and deeply diverse moments.

The result may be unrefined, but this collection of songs proves that even then, Hrdvsion's hallmark sound —a relentless kick drum, beeping melodies and decontextualized sounds— was in place. Through their compositions, they were already questioning the way that things ought to be, both within and beyond music.

Mastered by Stephan Betke and a fitting complement to Hrdvsion’s impressive discography, How To Make Good Music and Be A Happy Person shows a restless artist searching to summon the utmost combination of art and accessibility where jungle, IDM, techno and ambient meet head on, carving a wondrous creative path of their own.

On the day of the vernal equinox, the world was awash in a riot of colors and sounds that defied logic and reason. The sky was a deep shade of purple, and the clouds were made of shimmering silver. The trees and flowers had taken on strange, otherworldly shapes, their branches and petals twisting and turning in unpredicted ways. People in this land had their own unique customs and traditions for celebrating the vernal equinox. Some gathered around bonfires, dancing and singing to ward off evil spirits. Others fasted and meditated, seeking clarity and renewal.

Moving Pictures label returns with its fourth Various Artists compilation that defies categorization. The label brings together a group of artists from various musical backgrounds, with each artist contributing their own unique flavor to the story. Each track stands out on its own while also contributing to the larger narrative of the compilation.

Phantom Limb invite UK drummer and sound artist Cameron Graham.

"It's a kind of anti-curated selection of some of the musical languages – harmonic threads, timbres, rhythmic constructs – that informed my album and that have remained important.. added to that, a few tracks that have remained extremely dear to me for a bit longer (plus one and a half of my own recent sketches). I wanted to share as much of John Object's music as possible. He's a formidable Ukrainian musical talent, + is right now there fighting, for nobody knows how long. He uploaded his 'Life' album last year as a kind of insurance policy should he not survive the war. The music is so disparate, so immediate, but it's all fuelled by an urgency, speed and charm (even violence). His music needs to be heard more!"
