I use Sound Cloud as a musical sketch book. Most of my uploads are fragments, demos and ideas. 
I use Protools 8 (badly) and being primarily a bass player the only instrument on all these little journeys is an Ibanez  SRX360 and various pedals.
If I have a couple of hours free I'll record but never spend more than that on a tune.
