Sooo wir sind nach nem kleinen Urlaub nach den wundervoll actionreichen 2 Wochen auf der Mystic Island auch endlich wieder in der Realitäh gelandet! 
Jetzt könntZ ihr nämlich auch das Set vom ersten Sonnenuntergang im Creatures Corner nachlauschen!

Dieses Set hat eine ganz besondere Bedeutung für uns, weil endlich die Gelegenheit gekommen ist, eine der mystischsten Melodien, die sich seit der Kindheit in Käpt'nZ Köpf mietfrei eingenistet hat und ihn jedes mal verzaubert hat, als Intro zu verwenden! 
Das und die Gelegenheit gleichzeitig den Tänzer:innen einen kleinen Teil der Geschichte meines Stage/Floordesigns zu vermitteln, indem die besagten Lichter und Geräte, die wir das Jahr über vorgebaut haben (wie das ding aufm cover) während dem Introprolog genau getimed eingeschaltet wurden - zwar nicht so detailliert wie gewünscht aber die Leute hatten zumindest mal ne kleine Vorstellung wie dat mit dem Arkanenergiekreislauf aufm Floor da funz'n'iert hehe - jedenfalls wurde da ein kleiner Traum wahr❤️

Danke an mein wundervolles Team, ohne die dieser Traum nicht wahr geworden wäre und an alle, die beim Abriss dabei waren, obwohl wir das hüttchen doch grad erst aufgebaut haben höhö😛

Die Geschichte geht bestümmpt weiter (einen kleinen Hinweis gibts am Ende auch schon -> die Person, die es als erstes errät, ergattert nächstes Jahr eine kleine sürprise à la 12)😉

Weelll after a little vacation after the wonderful action-packed 2 weeks on the Mystic Island we also finally got back to the realitäh! 
and now you can also listen to the set of the first sunset in Creatures Corner!

This set has a very special meaning for us, because finally the opportunity has come to use one of the most mystical melodies as an intro, which has lived rent-free in Käpt'nZ head since his childhood and has enchanted him every time! 
That and the opportunity to explain the dancers a little part of the "storyline"  of my stage/floor design by turning on the lights and devices we've been building all year (like that thing on the cover) exactly timed during the intro prologue - not as detailed as I woulkd have loved to but at least the people had a little idea how the arcane energy circuit on the floor works hehe - anyway a little dream came true❤️

Thanks to my wonderful team, without which this dream would not have come true and to all who were there wobbling with their legs höhö😛 

To be continued... (there's already even a little hint at the end -> the person who guesses it first, gets a small sürprise à la 12 next year)😉

Dear Berliners (and all other people in the world),

thanks for making this night in Beate Uwe so nice and special! The Beate was really full from the beginning on and it was very nice to catch that energy at 4:30 after the incredible @seniorcitizen_wav. Lot's of love goes out to @downvienna for creating that party and all the great artists who joined them: @deepandi, @thisisrakaethe, @schnuppo, @seniorcitizen_wav and @marliblue_sofyah <3! 

This is set is very raw and includes both fresh tunes (including a special down party intro ;)), tunes I play regularly and some old tunes I almost never play, so I hope it is not getting boring :). After an hour of playing my Maschine got mad, so there maybe some quirks here and there (and no live drumming in the end :-I).

Wenn gemeinsam Träume wahr werden... Was ein Festival, was eine Insel, was ne Crew, was ne Crowd und was ein morgen! Da ich mich erst vor 2 Jahren auf den Events der @mystic-tales-berlin in Downtempo verliebt habe, war es schon ultra schön zu hören, dass die Mystics uns vom BeYond Kollektiv dabei haben wollten um ihre schöne Insel in Polen in eine zauberhafte Parallelwelt zu verwandeln✨. Dass @thisisrakaethe und ich dann auch noch den Mainfloor für @hhaller einheizen durften war ein einziges Träumchen. Nur schön und unfassbar aufregend die eigenen Lieblingstracks und die ersten eigenen Produktionen auf so einer Anlage zu betanzen.  Und wieviele Lieblingsmenschen mit uns in der Hitze breit grinsend sich wild tanzend in der Musik verloren haben werde ich literally nie vergessen. Wir können die nächsten gemeinsamen Abenteuer kaum abwarten🚀

Dickes fettes Dankeschön an die @mystic-tales-berlin die für so viele Menschen in Polen Träume haben wahr werden lassen. Nur Liebe an @beyondcollectiveberlin für den traumhaften Familienausflug nach Polen💜

When dreams come true together... What a festival, what an island, what a crew, what a crowd and what a morning!  Since I fell in love with downtempo only 2 years ago at the Mystics events, it was super special to hear that the Mystics wanted us from the BeYond collective there to turn their beautiful island into a magical parallel world. That @thisisrakaethe  and I were booked to heat up the mainfloor for @hhaller was literally a dream come true. Just beautiful and incredibly exciting to dance to your own favorite tracks and your first own productions on such a sound system.  And I will literally never forget how many of our favorite people lost themselves in the music, smiling brightly and dancing wildly in the heat. We can hardly wait for the next adventures together.
Big big thank you to the @mystic-tales-berlin who made dreams come true for so many people in Poland. Only love to @beyondcollectiveberlin for the dreamlike family trip on this mystical island.

When Maria asked me if I would want to play with her at Mensch Meier with 3000Grad & Afterhour Sounds, I was very surprised that she considered me. 
I wasnt confident at all to take my music to a club and it took her some time & a lot of nerves to finally convince me to join her. 
The road we took together was pretty... pretty rocky 😅. 
Terminology had to be discussed and compromises found until we arrived at the final result which we want to present here: A blend of our styles but a little slower than usual.

On the 5th of November 2023, I had the honor to be part of the Rebellion der Traümer celebration party at Renate for their 10 year anniversary.

I took that opportunity to craft a faster set than usual as I'm planning to release more uptempo tunes in the future (Don't worry I will still produce downtempo). I started at 115 bpm and speed it up to 125 bpm.

This is the recording of the set I played for @pauli-pocket and @Foolik's event at Kater Blau on October 22nd 2023, 0-3 am, Heinz Hopper.

I think this might have been my favorite club party gig in 2023. What a boiling sauna experience! Thanks to my support crew for eagerly providing me with some handmade air during my set. :D

So here you go, 3 hours of "Fool and the Gang meets Pocket's Rockets".

🚢 Wow, what an incredible feeling to play at beloved Dampfer for the very first time! 💞🧜‍♀️ Having dreamt of this moment for years, I would have never imagined myself playing downtempo in Sisyphos.. since this was also the first time, that the Naked Tea Party took place in Dampfer, I think it's fair to say, it was a special event for all of us. 💫 To see the floor transform into something new through the music played, was just magical. All together, we - hosts, organizers, dancers & djs - created such a smooth, pleasant atmosphere. A memorable night. Thankful, to participate in this. ✨

Grateful, that I was trusted to curate music as I please, thus the sets starts off smooth and moderate, in a way 'warming up' and paving the way to slow'n'deep, yet driving eccentricity, without speeding up bpm. Just, what felt right for this special occasion 🌓

What a way to kick off the new year! 

Since my last recording from Kater Blau  a "Haufen Wasser ist die Lahn runtergelaufen" as we say in my hometown. Over 50k plays (thank you! 🐈‍⬛)  and so many beautiful gigs later its time for a sequel! 🌈

Last sunday morning at 9 I was welcomed by the most colorful gang of cats. @2girls1club firing up the Acid Bogen with there best selected House Music I had the privilege to take over the flauschiest crowd. 

It's always such a big privilege to play these Berlin mornings. The happy, slightly high faces, the frizzling tension in the air, bodies moving, touching each other, laughing, kissing and living together to the fullest. How it is supposed to be. I'm so thankful for the trust all of you guys set in me over and over again! 😌🙏

Thanks for the beautiful compliments afterwards that make me come up with the title: "das hat gehallert" to "ordentlich das Geweih verhallert" bis zu "vom Haller feinsten". You're just amazing! ✨🫶

A bouncing but dark groove is what can be described as a signature of Temple Tears. 
Dark and uplifting, atmospheric and full of energy, as if his music comes from another place. There surely is a little drip of melancholy here and there – one may say a little tear – but it‘s not necessary to be patient for that long. Be sure, the next powerful bassline is just on its way.

In 2020, the french Artist released his debut EP on LOKD – a label well known as home of Avem & Arutani. Spotted by downtempo queen Mira he followed up with his Mangrove EP on Kiosk ID. A release that turned out to become a door opener for Kiosk‘s bigger brother, the infamous Katermukke, where he placed two tracks as Mycelium EP. Some more names to be told are Down. Records, Crépite and Akumandra, where he appeared on compliations or as a remix artist.

A last story to be told is, that Temple Tears can already be seen as an electronic music veteran. Before his downtempo project was born in the desert of Nevada – Burning Man – he already was an internationally touring Artist for more than 10 years.
