Aftergore is a series of AUs taking place after Undertale's neutral endings, in which a new human enters in Frisk's wake.
Aftergore I, the Incomplete/Flawed Pacifist ending, details an ending in which everyone (except for Asgore) was spared and befriended. Toriel has taken her ex-husband's place, ruling the Underground with both strictness and kindness. Humans are to be treated not as enemies, but as friends.

Papyrus takes the role of Undyne. Technically the Royal Guard is disbanded, but Papyrus gets to be the leader of it anyway. No harm in it, after all. He's not doing much fighting, instead spending his time planting flowers by order of the queen. As a result, he has renamed Waterfall after his best friend-- Floweyfall. By day, he is a mere gardener. But by night, he is...kinda the same.

Papyrus doesn't get a fight in the Genocide Run. Like in UT, he shows hope that Nex can turn things around, despite the damage he's done. He can be spared instantly, ending the Genocide Run right there.

As for the announcement! After the success of last month's Royal March event, we've decided to do a follow-up! One of the tracks in Aftergore variations people seem to be most excited for are the BAaTH replacements. We're very happy people are excited for those, as it is a somewhat underrated track in the community. So we're having another 5 day marathon! 10 BtERtDs and 10 BAaTHs. 5 for Aftergore, 5 for non-Aftergore AUs. Similar to how we kicked off last month's event with 2 Small Shocks, we decided to kick off this event with 2 BtERtDs with no BAaTH attached. We hope you're as excited as we are. It's gonna be a great week!
