Mer Dan is an old melody from Shadakh, passed into the Armenian folk trove by the great Hayrik Muradyan. It offers us a meditation on the idea of shared earth and common ground. “Behind our house, behind your house, are fields of sweet clover. We harvest barley from the mountain Arnos, which we trade for red apples to mark our wedding day."

A dance song from Palu in 9/8time, the Tamzara originated in the days of the ancient Assyrians' conquest of Armenia; they honored “Tammuz” (the god of food and vegetation) through dance.
In the upper gardens lined with pear trees, boys tip their hats to the fair ladies who entrance them with their lovely hair. Dance the Tamzara and move your shoulders. In the Tamzara, lovers find each other...

I´m glad you found me and making music is the best I know.
When I composed the album "The River" & "The River Reworked" I tried to make sense of the beauty when melody and harmony interact and with the wish that this will affect the listener.
I wrote it to put into sound that which cannot be expressed through words. 
To navigate the waters of the deep soul. 
To explore the melodies that flow in my veins.
