Tullia Benedicta (https://soundcloud.com/tullia-benedicta) is a multifaceted musician which style has evolved through the years, from the experimentation and the ambient sounds of Anteros (released by Second Language) to the industrial / noise of Prometeo (released by Black Chrysalis Archives) and to the techno EBM of Erratic Dancers (released by Soil Records). This sound, always subject to a constant mutation, can be found also in Oval, featured on Sublime Creatures Vol. I, the new upcoming compilation by the English label House Of Reptile (https://soundcloud.com/houseofreptile), which will be released on vinyl and digital on 20th July. Oval fully represents the more experimental side of Tullia Benedicta, with influences by her last releases.

In light of Bandcamp Friday, we uploaded two tracks taken from « Crossing Sheol » by Blime Dust & The  Undertaker’s Tapes released last year on Aarte.

Sheol, translated as « common grave of humanity » or « abyss » is the underworld of the Old Testament. A place which all the dead souls go and remain until the Last Judgement ; both the righteous and the wicked, regardless of the moral choices made in life. A place of stillness and darkness cut off from God. 

In a perfect balance between forceful distinctive entities, Blime Dust and The Undertaker’s Tapes join forces on a sharp narrative soundscape probing the sinister atmosphere of Sheol. 
This first collaboration gives rise to an unique experimental sonic art, in which rage-filled distorted vocals, destructive war drums, harsh guitars or abstract noises provide a performance coming from deep down inside.
