Bad News Forever

1987/2018. New "special edition" mix of an instrumental track - now with percussion. This is the one I had trouble with last year (and was the first thing I'd recorded in over 30 years), where I'd uploaded the original instrumental from a CD to tracks 1 & 2 of the digital recorder, then overplayed a variety of different percussion over the remaining tracks, but when I then tried to mix this down at the end, the original instrumental wasn't actually there (somehow) and I was left with just the added percussion! Eventually, I had the idea of adding the track back in again using line-in from my Walkman to tracks 1 & 2 so that the recorder would see them as sounds for the mixdown, but I had to get the timing spot on. It took me a few attempts, but I got there! The "aenergy" of the title is an arcane word I made up to represent "ancient magical power".
