Walker Freestyle came from the drum groove that is laid down on the record. That tempo has a real 'walking with purpose" vibe to me which was very useful in the sequence so I decided to include it even though it is another song with no hook.

The bars on this one are more freeform with a less-defined subject matter. The synths were in-the-box and on a controller so I was comfortable throughout the keyboard tracking. This track was recorded in its entirety at Dinah Recording in Richmond, VA.
