As a literal appendage of House Cookin’ Records, Tentacle Records delves in to "house music from a different angle.” Coming to Proton on April 26th, Rawdio’s incipient sub label presents its first release since 2016. Credited with nearly 20 productions, Adham Zahran has certainly been busy in 2019’s first quarter. Work for Lisztomania Records, Good Luck Penny and more set the stage for what could be the Egyptian’s most momentous mix to date! Through its faint percussion, modular squelches and groovy bassline, the title track “Mellow Funk” absolutely oozes old school nostalgia.
