The LDN TING EP (DR001) is made up of 4 unique tracks, all of which combined give us a taste of the real vision PARKER had upon creating the label, and what we can expect more of. 

Hotshot @jamesviewdj is on remix duties, taking us into darker territory with his play on LDN TING. The bassline dominates, drags, and bullies, but behind the groove a lighter synth in play. Fast drums and standout effects settle the score. Hats off to Mr. V, this will no doubt be making serious traction with the scene's biggest players.

Having recently reached Beatport number one with ‘Urban Shaker’, Manchester-based DJ/producer Sam Curran readies three new productions for Jamie Jones’ renowned Hottrax this April. Gaining previous support from Jamie Jones, Sidney Charles, and Franky Rizardo, Curran is back with another bass-heavy production that ensures an impressive return to the label. 

The title cut ‘Twilight On The Terrace’ brings rolling low end and playful vocal interjections that create a rousing club track, while the bumping ‘Eric’s Rumble’ showcases a reverberating bassline in true Hottrax style, paired with dizzying drops and wonky stabs. Closing out the EP ‘NRG’ harnesses crisp hats, snaking bass grooves, and moody, infectious samples to journey deep into late-night territories. 

“I made this EP in the hope of replicating some of the feelings I’ve felt on the dance floor with my own twist. The title track especially is inspired by the early 90s acid scene and the euphoric moments that came with it.” - Sam Curran

Tamango Records rolls into the summer with one of the most infectious releases to date. UK's hottest duo of the moment, Late Replies, step up to make their debut with the compelling 'What The Funk' EP. The London-based pair have been on a roll over the last couple of years and saw their music signed to the likes of Moan, Whippin, Kaluki, and their own prolific Black Label Recs, amongst many others.

The lead tune immediately reveals its catchy bassline, which gradually adds tiny percussive elements to a full-bodied groove until funky fresh guitar slaps and crazy vocal hooks carry the track to the next level. Following that, you have the track titled 'Wild Shit', a real certified driving force on the dancefloor, as thunderous kicks and scattering percussions meet majestic low-end, stylish deep house pads and more playful vocals for an impressive mainstay club anthem.

Jamie Jones's Hottax returns with ‘Jiggy’ from Mason Collective's Blair Suarez.

Blair Suarez, hailing from Manchester, is one-third of the city's game-changing DJ, production and party outfit Mason Collective and is very much shaping the modern soundscape with his straight-up, high-impact
House music. Previously releasing on labels like Deeperfect and Libero, the DJ/producer is now landing on Jamie Jones’ essential Hottrax.

The fresh 'Jiggy' kicks off with razor-sharp hi-hats and punchy kicks making for a house groove with plenty of swagger. Jazzy piano chords drift in and out up top next to muffled vocals which build the vibe and keep you on edge as this meticulously designed track unfolds. After the subtle playfulness of that late-night opener, 'Tell Me' is more direct: jittery drums keep you moving while distorted bass burrows below, and atmospheric vocals add a dark soul hook. It's a steamy cut for heads-down dancing.

CEEJAY & MASE’s ‘Lost Mary EP’ is a minimal/deep tech masterpiece that pushes the boundaries of electronic music, fusing intricate rhythms, hypnotic melodies, and otherworldly soundscapes to create an immersive experience for discerning listeners and dance floor enthusiasts alike.

The A side consists of two tracks, ’Lost Mary’ and ‘Coastal’. ‘Lost Mary’ lays the foundation with a pulsating bassline, blending seamlessly with subtle percussions in-between layers of ethereal pads. The second, ‘Coastal’, takes the journey deeper, with its intricate percussion patterns and a mesmerising combination of reverberating synth stabs and atmospheric textures. 
V.I.O joins us on the B side with his remix of ‘Lost Mary’. His signature touch takes the original's ethereal elements and adds a unique twist, infusing the track with his deep and hypnotic soundscapes.
