On the milestone of our 5th release, we gave ourselves at Ritter Butzke Studio a very special gift - A release by no other than Schlepp Geist. He is presenting us his "Back to the Basics EP”: Please dive in with us too, and feel the unique theme in every single track of this piece. All along the EP, the honest "hand-made" House music surrounds you, riddled with vocals by Schlepp Geist himself. No bells and whistles here. The cherry on top is a great remix by "Mr.Vibe" Patryk Molinari!

The opening title track "Back to the Basics" sets the direction instantly. Massive analog drumming, deep lead basses, pitched synthesized melody, sprinkled with catchy vocals - This piece is a synthesis of the arts! Right after this kick you will find the A2 "Purple Horizon": A Deep, spherical track with the intense DNA as its big brother – a definite must have for the upcoming Festivals & Open-Air season!

Welcome to the B-Side. Which we find as giving the proper contrast to this release. Starting with “Urban Camouflage" original mix, which shows the laid-back angle of Schlepp Geist. This is an impressive marvelous, atmospheric track, with dreamy pads and soothing warm vocals, which is exactly the element that is built upon the remix of Patryk Molinari, which presents it in an uplifting approach that respects the vitality of the original nevertheless.

The moment you will listen to the tracks yourself, you will feel the confidence of this release. We think of it as a unique musical cinema!

Steyoyoke Recordings are well known for their constant innovation and this new project arrives with much excitement. ‘Steyoyoke Black Reconstructed’ is designed to enable artists to delve into past Steyoyoke Black releases and rework them with their own personal touch. First up are Animal Picnic, who revisit two memorable tracks, Dahu’s ‘Ruin’ and Nick Devon’s ‘Don’t Be Afraid’.

Animal Picnic’s rendition of ‘Ruin’ maintains a perpetual vibe, which is derived directly from the original. Right from the get go, the bass line settles into an unyielding rhythm, bountiful of techno grooves and tough percussion. The breakdown then allows for the underlying melody to briefly shine through, before succumbing to its previous momentum.

Splicing the old with the new, this version of ‘Don’t Be Afraid’ establishes a more subtle build of intensity. The mood is set with an eerie presence and heightened with severe yet passionate chord changes that embellish the entire track. The echoing vocals from Benji also empower this remix, ascertaining an audio delight of malicious beauty.

The EP "Trapped in Time", released by the Berlin label WHATIPLAY is the first result of a cooperation between Marian Herzog and Modshape. Berlin-based like Marian Herzog, the DJ duo produces deep techno. The collaboration however, is a mix of powerful technobeats and playful melodies. The orginals "Trapped in Time" and "Keepsake" are already enticing musical works, while the "Trapped in Time" remix from label boss Sascha Braemer unites them into a wonderful release.

It's time! Time for Christian Bachmann to make his return to Manual Music after his well received- and highly successful debut album 'Premium' which was released in 2015. 'Fog Machine' is the first single from his eagerly awaited new artist album 'Stardust' which will be released in October.

The Berlin based producer isn't one to throw around fancy words to describe his music. His bio is short and simple: 'Christian Bachmann makes electronic music that has nothing in common with David Guetta.' So there you go, it hits the nail on the head so to speak.

'Fog Machine' is intense, emotional, raw and euphoric. It's everything Christian stands for. A proper glimpse of what's to come in October when his 'Stardust' album will see the light of day, and we'll be treated with 12 brand new songs by this mysterious genius.

Aio aka Jonas ist bereits seit 4 Jahren ein festes Mitglied der Love Foundation Familie. Bei seinen zahlreichen Live Sets im Namen der Liebe ist dabei ein Moment besonders in Erinnerung geblieben. Im Sommer 2015 spielte er seinen Track ‚Dune‘ als Closing Track in der Marktkantine Amsterdam und sorgte damals für einen echten Gänsehaut-Moment. Die markante Bassline in Kombination mit einer zeitlosen Synthie-Melodie und gefühlvollen Sound-Design Elementen, sollte jedoch noch einige Jahre als Rohversion auf Jonas’ Festplatte schlummern, ehe er sie letztes Jahr auf dem Katzensprung Festival wieder hervorzauberte. Danach war uns klar: diese Nummer muss endlich veröffentlicht werden. „Als ich von Hug Records gefragt wurde, ob ich einen Track zur ersten Vinyl-Compilation des Labels beisteuern möchte, stand für mich sofort fest, dass es nur dieser Tracks sein kann.“ Wir sind sehr glücklich darüber diesen Gänsehaut-Moment endlich mit euch allen teilen zu können. Wie immer bei Hug Records gehen 50% vom Profit des Tracks an das Wasserprojekt der Love Foundation in Kenia, die anderen 50% werden zwischen Künstler und Label geteilt.

Senso Sounds Level 08 introduces four new tracks by rising stars that hone in on that special vibe Senso has become synonymous with. First up is Mehmet Özbek, the DJ/Producer from Istanbul. 
Having garnered support from some of the biggest names in the scene, Özbek showcases why he’s held in such high regard - 'Milky Way' is a trippy, firing techno cut that combines subtlety and power in equal measures. 
Likewise, Eme Kulhnek provides a fierce track full of energy and precision. 
'Infinite' highlights why the Argentinian producer has been championed by the likes of Richie Hawtin - a stripped down sound that remains full of detail. 
SEQU3L’s 'Frisbee' is also a track bursting with ideas and passion - its infectious groove hits home from the outset and develops into a true techno roller. 
Hamburg’s own Mørk & Julien Riess complete the quartet of tracks, presenting 'Red Spade' as their contribution. It’s a tightly coiled, trippy techno cut that builds to fever pitch over the course of its
duration.

It’s Indian Summer again and it’s like an unwritten rule to please you with another Atelier release at this beautiful time of the year.
So here we are with a collection of superb re-interpretations of a few tracks taken from the duos debut album “Varsam Court”. Delivering the goods we have no one less than Dutch high flyer’s Tunnelvisions, Lisboa’s LuxFrágil resident Switchdance, Heidelberg’s Lopazz & Casio Casino, Lossless co-head Mathias Schober and Alexander Inggs – one half of Atelier.
No doubt that we’re proud about this line-up and couldn’t be happier with the music we’re going to share with you now – enjoy!

We begin this autumn season with a brand new 'Vilupt' EP coming from an Indian based electronic music producer Gam3. The EP contains four tracks two originals and two remixes of the title track.
Vilupt is a hindi word which means extinction. Gam3 believes that something which has come into an existence one day will be endangered. The climate change is making few animal species extinct and if we as humans will not take any actions same fate awaits us.
That's why the whole concept of the 'Attainment of life' is considered to be blessing and lucky thing to get.
