For the 20th edition of our podcast series and the first for 2024 we are very pleased to welcome Statiqbloom. 

Statiqbloom is the brainchild of Fade Kainer. A project that began in 2014 in Brooklyn NYC, later becoming a duo with Denman C. Anderson (2016-2020). Fade was a member of the industrial doom band Batillus, noise synth dread project Theologian, and has also worked with Jarboe (ex-Swans) and Attila Csihar (Mayhem, SunnO)))).

Currently based in Berlin, he is combining hardware and software in creating noisy modular-engineered industrial techno and building live sets by meshing heavy hard industrialised rhythms with unfolding blackened atmospheres and disorienting vocals.

Statiqbloom has released on Sonic Groove, Metropolis Records, Synthicide and Desire Records.

Thats a moral revulsion . The underground ethos within of an enigmatic live orthodox Christian themes mixture of heavy electronics, distorted guitars drones, industrial noise, raw sounding electronic artist based in Berlin with Greek roots.

Moral revulsion serves as the alter ego for bending the limits in live jams sound experiments of the dark/dungeon techno style dj and Black metal guitarist known as Morion.

The main project of French artist Théo Ferretti, MIND I MATTER is rooted in the darkness of black metal and post-punk. Ferretti blends industrial, EBM and techno to create an esoteric, existential listening experience. After being released on labels like Detriti, Intervision and Persephonic Sirens, and appearing on stages such as Berlin’s RSO, Tbilisi’s KHIDI and more recently, Seoul’s Volnost, MIND I MATTER has been invited to contribute to Phase Fatale’s label, BITE’s 5th-anniversary compilation, “Shedding Skin”.

Kimisma is an Experimental artist based in Athens, Greece who creates worlds filled with horror and insanity, where reality gets distorted and sanity frays. Worlds that swallow the listener into a journey that evokes a spectrum of feelings, from despair-inducing fear to melancholy and confusion. By fusing Destroyed Industrial Techno with the haunting malevolence of EBM and Darkwave, and also incorporating the disruptive energy of Breakbeat and the paranoid surroundings of Noise, along with harsh vocals and screams, he creates an atmospheric field that transports the listener, enveloping them in a transcendental narrative, where dark, distorted soundscapes drenched in horror can meet the sorrowful strains of melancholic melodies.
