***History about this song:
I wrote this song about a girl I was talking to in 2014 during the end of my Junior year, we had this inside joke about Pineapples so I named it that so she knew it was about her. It has no correlation to the joke Kevin Hart makes about Pineapples being a safe word. The first verse is about the idea of being in love with someone and everything around you doesn't matter and it was written to be super lovey dovey cheesy which were things I felt for this person at the time when we first started talking. The second verse was written during a time where we had a rough patch going, I hated her but I loved her at the same time and this was all during the Summer of 2014. The hook I wrote while walking to a class one day, it was catchy and I had it in my head all fucking day so I just put it in. As a follow up for Who is Teo? I didn't think this song would do too well, I mean I'm not famous but a lot of people liked it. To be honest, I don't like this song anymore I kind of hate hearing it, I like the way I wrote it especially the last verse. My favorite lyrics is when I was talking about the summer and the weather because the meanings behind it and what not.
