Covid-19 and its consequences are keeping the whole world on alert. For more than a year now, we have been seeing new waves of outbreaks in several countries and regions of the world. In this sense, 500 million indigenous people, in urban or rural areas of the planet are also at risk because of their social vulnerability. The risk of indigenous genocide in the midst of the pandemic is dizzying and can have serious consequences since viruses and diseases of this type have contributed to reducing the world's indigenous population over the centuries.

Thus, several podcast channels have joined forces to celebrate 'International Indigenous Peoples' Day'. This with a focus on donations for indigenous peoples affected by Covid-19 in Brazil led and managed by 'United for a Living Amazon', a volunteer movement made up of citizens and non-governmental organizations that have been working in the Amazon for decades, united for a common and urgent cause. Times go back slowly to feel a bit more familiar, it takes some patience to understand where things are truly going, but I can only be thankful that you stayed around this project all this time. A pleasure to be on this little journey together.

Wenn es Nacht wird und wenn fast alles schläft, kommen sie hervor aus ihrem gemütlichen Versteck. Auf leisen Sohlen schleichen die Beiden unermüdlich im Mondscheinlicht umher und jeder noch so unentdeckte Winkel der Nacht wird durchforstet. Nichts bleibt im Dunklen verborgen, nicht die kleinste Ecke gerät in Vergessenheit. Mit jedem weiteren Erkunden klingt jeder Ton sanft zu uns herüber und hüllt uns ein, wie eine kuschelig, wohlig, warme Decke. Eine entspannte Gemächlichkeit breitet sich aus, als wäre Tomte Tummetott persönlich vor Ort.
