Across three reflective and cosmic originals, producer Parks Perdue unleashes an array of extra-lush pads, and deeply melancholic acid bass. Sci-fi atmospheres and nods to classic rave and electro squeeze their way into bricked waveforms… rough but not too rough distortion… and a hard hitting but bubbly remix by Belgian producer Innershades (@innershades) rounds out the 12”, solidifying it’s direct and inspirational intent. Moving through the woodland there was a strange creature which walked alongside him in the dense glow of the twisted moonlight. He held his torch high to cast a small path of light ahead of his stride as the lion marched on in tandem. He was not the brave soul he had hoped he might find himself to be - the woods were dark and scary and as the trees howled and roared in the strain of the wind he began to shiver and shake. This place was spooky and haunted, like something from an old film. The sound echoed in the distance as he walked towards the light outside...

Koyil is he musical alias of Lev Zhitskiy who is set to release a new EP on Moscow based record label DIG Records. It's a beautiful, enchanting ethereal release which channels a wide range of instrumentation and style. Highly recommended, big TIP as some might say.

Time Bullet is a debut LP by Nikita Chepurnoy aka Minereed, the founder of label Echotourist that originates in Novosibirsk, Russia.

End Titles is a sixth track of the album, that was inspired by 60-70s psychedelic music as well as hip hop, ambient and breakbeat, and was wrapped in a modern sound of today’s electronics. The result, as the musician states himself, does not sound like a nostalgic attempt of rethinking the music of the past, but rather as looking forward than backwards. That’s exactly how End Titles sounds.
