Cinematique is proud to present the next release. We welcome back our friends of 10dens for their final EP.

Yes, you've read it right: final EP. Earlier this year the duo unfortunately decided to stop making music as 10dens due to musical differences and the distance between the cities where they live. They've chosen to continue their friendship instead of risking it because of the music and the conflicts it sometimes brought along, something we can only respect. So let's think about all the good memories and wonderful music they've left. It will be followed for sure by new and exciting solo stuff of both Michael and Jurriën.

Having said that, we are honored to bring you this final 10dens release. Although their last full EP was released in the early days of the label, back in 2011, we have always considered them as close members of the Cinematique family. After their well acclaimed EP 'When the Skyline Crumbles' we've had the pleasure to release some loose tracks on Midnight Beats, remixes and especially their beautiful version of CardioWave's 'Dark Room' together with NY Fan. We are sure this final release will be a brilliant addition to their impressive discography and of course we do wish them both all the best with their future productions.

If you have ever played some keys and chords on an organ, you know it has an unbelievable rich and warm sound and a power that can easily fill a whole song. With that idea in mind we started Organ. It took us quite a while to find the right sound and still added a good amount of color, drive and lots and lots of LFO modulation until we were satisfied. We simply had to make sure it goes into your ear and from there directly under your skin. Needless to say, we even split the organ into different voices with different variations. Finishing the song probably took us half a dozen versions and a lot blood, sweat and tears. But our emotional rollercoaster finally paid off and is now captured inside the song.

The true techno dream team of Dubfire & Oliver Huntemann revisit their Elements project from a few years ago with a new series of killer remixes. Terra - originally released in 2011, did all sorts of damage to dance-floors across the globe. Now, it’s all set to do it again thanks to this Joseph Capriati Remix. The Italian techno headliner has grown into a major force on the scene in recent years, and here delivers a signature slice of muscular, driving techno - taut, dramatic and devastating. Paired with a remix of the now seminal Feugo Julien Jeweil’s remix also hits the spot - the track received a 2016 overhaul with some of Jeweil’s signature flair. The Frenchman has been a constant figure on the top of various charts and line ups for some time, and its easy to see why - Fuego is stripped back machine funk primed for big systems and even bigger moments.

En un oscuro rincón de Chihuahua, un DJ llamado Lekafka vivía su vida en la penumbra de la música electrónica. Inspirado por el maestro literario Franz Kafka, Lekafka encontraba su musa en las narrativas surrealistas y los mundos misteriosos que Kafka había tejido en sus obras. Era conocido por mezclar su amor por la literatura y la música, creando sets de dark techno que evocaban una sensación de pesadilla y maravilla al mismo tiempo.

Una noche, mientras Lekafka se preparaba para actuar en un club subterráneo, un grupo de personas apareció en el lugar. Vestían trajes de diferentes épocas y parecían estar fuera de lugar. Eran viajeros en el tiempo, seres que habían encontrado un portal temporal que los llevó a este club donde la música de Lekafka los aguardaba.

Lekafka comenzó su actuación, mezclando oscuros ritmos de techno con sampleos de voces susurrantes y efectos sonoros que creaban una atmósfera inquietante. La multitud se dejó llevar por la música, mientras los viajeros en el tiempo se sumían aún más en el enigma de la noche.

Entre los viajeros, había un hombre llamado Gregor, vestido con un traje que parecía de la era victoriana. A medida que la música de Lekafka lo envolvía, Gregor se dio cuenta de que era un animal al que tanto la música le emocionaba, una criatura cuya alma se expandía con cada beat. Mientras danzaba en medio de la oscuridad, Gregor recordó fragmentos de su vida en el siglo XIX y cómo la música electrónica hubiera sido incomprensible en su época.

Al otro lado de la pista de baile, una mujer llamada Josefina, vestida con ropas futuristas, experimentaba una sincronía en el tiempo. A pesar de estar separada por siglos de diferencia de Gregor, sus movimientos en la pista se entrelazaban en un baile que parecía desafiar las leyes de la física.

Lekafka continuó mezclando sus sonidos oscuros y susurrantes, llevando a la audiencia y a los viajeros en el tiempo a un viaje sonoro a través de dimensiones desconocidas. Las luces intermitentes y las proyecciones visuales crearon una ilusión de movimiento a través del tiempo y el espacio.

La noche llegó a su apoteosis cuando Lekafka concluyó su actuación, y la audiencia estalló en aplausos y vítores. Los viajeros en el tiempo agradecieron a Lekafka por llevarlos en un viaje musical que desafió las barreras temporales y les hizo sentir una conexión profunda a través de los siglos.

Así, en las profundidades de Chihuahua, Lekafka, inspirado por Franz Kafka, había creado un puente entre el pasado y el futuro a través de su música dark techno. En ese oscuro rincón, la música había revelado su poder de unir a las almas, sin importar la distancia en el tiempo, y recordarles que todos éramos seres emocionales, ansiosos por ser emocionados. 🖤
