An Introductory Meditation with Teresa B Pasquale

Teresa Pasquale Mateus, LCSW, E-RYT 200 is the founder and owner of THREE CIRCLES and has served as a trauma psychotherapist for the past decade of her career. She is a graduate of NYU School of Clinical Social Work and the Living School at the Center for Action & Contemplation. She is also a trained and licensed yoga teacher.

Teresa is the author of Mending Broken: A Personal Journey Through the Stages of Trauma & Recovery as well as Sacred Wounds: A Path to Healing From Spiritual Trauma. She has also contributed to a number of collected works, as well as crafting articles, offering interviews, and participating in panel discussions at various conferences in her areas of expertise -- sitting at the intersections of trauma/healing, spirituality/Christian contemplation, and action/justice-seeking.
