You know those moments in the club when the air’s thick, the bass is rolling, and everything just clicks? Simina Grigoriu Arkana is built for exactly that. This one's for the heads who don’t leave till the lights come on.

The Kuukou Records boss is back doing what she does best — fusing relentless drive with that signature Berlin edge. Simina’s been killing it for over a decade, with releases on Drumcode, We Are The Brave, OFF, and of course, her own ever-rising label Kuukou. If you’ve been on a dancefloor lately, chances are you’ve already moved to one of her cuts.

On her new two-tracker ‘Arkana / Partners Of Destiny’ (TERM246), Simina Grigoriu goes full throttle. ‘Arkana’ is a no-nonsense stomper with a pulsing bassline, stuttering synth stabs, and more bounce than a Berghain stairwell at 6am. For the 15 years of Terminal M festivities it was a sure step to also get back into our catalogue and obviously listened to the older releases again. And it quickly came to our mind that Monika Kruses @ Voodooamt's classic 'Passengers' album from 2003 still is a true gem. So we reworked and remastered the whole album and asked close friends to select a track they wanted to remix. Oliver Huntemann, Alberto Ruiz and Skober immediately agreed and surprised us with their great new interpretations.
