With such an infectious and spherical melody her original definitely demands for the big festival plays this summer. Mendo, Uner and  Nicole Moudaber all deliver great new interpretations in their respective styles. A big release!!

Monika Kruse - Summer Drops (Mendo Remix)

After the success of the first A-sides compilation in 2012, Adam Beyer has decided its time to release another. With Adam's stature steadily growing as one of the leading talents in the Techno scene and the rise of Drumcode, the standard of demo's that have been sent to Adam have been top notch. Adam has now decided to release two compilations with 10 tracks on each, both consisting of tracks that Adam has tried and tested. There are also new artists that have been invited to release on Drumcode for this compilation and others who are a staple in Drumcode's core family. Combining both old and new talents Drumcode have come up with something unique and distinctive to make this two-part compilation something extra special.

It’s been a busy 2014 so far for label head Dubfire. Whilst nothing unusual for the Persian-born producer, with the revival of Deep Dish (alongside Sharam), the release of their new single 'Quincy', the continuation of the SCI+TEC radio show, the release of his much vaunted remix of 'Come' featuring Asia Argento and his relentless global touring schedule, it would be a surprise to find even a slither of studio time for original Dubfire productions…

But find he did and today he unveils EXIT, his new single and collaboration with the first lady of techno, Miss Kittin. The pair have wanted to work together for years now and after a few idea exchanges they managed to sink their teeth into something magical. The strong low-end Dubfire groove is evident once again on EXIT as the pair playfully chop and reverse Kittin's vocals, pushing and withdrawing the bass to allow her sultry vocals to shine. On the flip we're treated to the electrifying wall of sound that is MIDIAN with its all-enveloping bass, pierced by energizing and synapse-searing shocks.

Phase two of this years summary, which also should picture a suitable and appropriate finale for 2016, comes right away. This time its the fourth volume of our Special Edition series, which not only was a huge and significant chapter in our history, but also is a collab of the both main figures when it comes to music in the Patent Skillz underground movement right now. DJ Lion and Tomy Wahl shared so many experiences this year and have been productive like never before. This track has been developed through the whole year and always fell out of every popular criteria and trend in the scene, so we decided to keep this beauty for something special – a situation like this. So we hope you enjoy this truly special edition and be able to appreciate such a specialty.

The young and talented Italo-Albanian DJ and producer &LEZ presents ‘Mind Blow’ EP for release number 046 of Mindshake Records.

&LEZ has developed his own style based on creativity, inspiration and musical intuition. For Mindshake 046, &LEZ presents a two-track EP entitled ‘Mind Blow’, which includes a smashing remix by label boss Paco Osuna.

’Colybri’ opens with a dry bassline building a solid framework to reveal clear toms and snare cuts introducing a clean, soulful male chant that guides us through the whole track. The sounds brought forth are infectious, powerful and ooze out energy, giving the tune a perfect balance between the power of its own toughness and its intrinsic, melodic nature. 

For ’Underware’, &LEZ chooses another direction, melting the rhythm of echoey vocals with a real cool lo-fi atmosphere born from a deep and flowing bassline. A unique piece full of contrast where the edgy melodies, the bassline and the selected synth effects work together to shape a solid track.

Closing the EP is Paco Osuna’s ’Colybri’ remix, a distorted and dark version where the old-school industrial synths rise from down below to introduce a precise techno tone that dominates the whole piece. When it drops, all the energy pours out in an infectious beat that resists until the end. Layers of distant, wicked vocals roam through this showcase of talent and skill, adding a different edge and making it ideal to break the dancefloor.

‘Mind Blow’ EP lives up to its name - it’s an impressive work that provides a real sense of energy and a deep taste of the underground.

Bloodlines is the next taste of Hot Since 82's recently announced album project on Knee Deep In Sound. Above all, the 8-track concept provides the artist a blank canvas, widening the musical scope to allow greater creative exploration without the confindments of an EP. Hot Since 82's 8-track is expected to be released in March of 2019.

The release of Bloodlines comes a month after Hot Since 82's wrapped up his second season as Pacha Ibiza's Friday night resident. His Labyrinth residency made waves after smashing its first season in 2017 and has established itself as one of the most popular nights on the island and the perfect testing ground for new material.

Sam Paganini, MiniCoolBoyz - Miss You (Original Mix) (2012)

After making their debut on Saved as part of our latest ‘Collection’ album series last month, we’re pleased to welcome back Domy Berardino and Mirco Sonatore aka The Deepshakerz for their debut single release on the label; ‘My Way’. The Italian DJ and producer duo are well-established in the scene with releases on heavyweight labels; Toolroom, Cajual, Lapsus and Nervous, as well as their own label; Safe Music, and their tracks have garnered support from Groove Armada, David Morales, Loco Dice, Dubfire and Riva Starr. ‘My Way’ showcases the duo’s signature sound with tribal drums, a prominent bassline and playful hats. Completing the EP, Themba steps up on the remix, offering a deeper take on the original and incorporating his African roots with shuffling drum and energetic percussion over the captivating vocals.
