Allan Nunez makes a statement debut on Toolroom Trax with ‘Chorro de Agua’, a Latin House workout with rich, authentic sounds straight from the heart of South America. 

At the core of the production is a beautifully re-imagined sample from Gaiteros de Pueblo Santo, a traditional Columbian ensemble known for their raw, percussive sound and folkloric storytelling. And to lean deeper into their Latin roots, Allan brings in the unmistakable voice of Cumbia Queen, a seasoned South American vocalist whose voice carries generations of authenticity. 

‘Chorro de Agua’ respects the source material while giving it new life for the dancefloor, balancing driving house beats with layers of live instrumentation and percussion. A track that hits hard in the club, but still honours the spirit of Latin music.

Jesús Fernández follows up his Toolroom anthem ‘La Samba’ with another unstoppable Latin house workout. 

This time Jesús has teamed up with the Colombian ensemble Los Gaiteros de Ovejas, reworking their 2017 traditional anthem ‘Negra Cumbiambera’ with a fresh, modern reimagining that pays respect to its cultural roots while giving it that big club energy. Jesús continues to lead the charge for Latin house proving once again why his sound resonates with DJs and dancers everywhere being a regular soundtrack for Claptone, Bob Sinclar, HUGEL, Sam Divine, Mark Knight and countless others. ‘Cumbiambera’ is driven by Jesús’ signature percussion-led sound, blending authentic Latin instruments with the original vocal chants and flute hook from Los Gaiteros de Ovejas.

During the summer, I met MALIVE at a show we were both supposed to play in the south of France, but unfortunately it got canceled because of bad weather.
I still ended up spending the evening with him — we had dinner together, talked a lot, and I really liked him.

When I got back to the hotel, I immediately started working on a remix of his track “Edge of Desire,” which is honestly the summer anthem. A few days ago, I stumbled upon it again — I had totally forgotten I’d made it — tried it out in a club, really enjoyed the vibe, so I decided to drop it tomorrow on SoundCloud as a free download ;))

Forgive the break in the music I’ve been posting — I took some time for myself to refine my artistic style and ideas in my productions. But now I’m coming back stronger than ever with an official release on December 5th, 2025.
