It’s a group of young music enthusiasts occasionally throwing parties & events in Lithuania and bringing some actual names from abroad. Delighted to host @houschyar Oddity Influence Mix for @macadam-mambo

Houschyar : As you asked me to create a mix that exemplifies my influences, I dived into stuff which has accompanied me since quite a long time. Obviously I usually put the music that inspires me
in my mixes, but here I tried to pick a wide variety of artists and pieces that have influenced me and my work a lot in recent years while trying not to play anything I have played before in radio shows.

The mix contains some of the grandparents of the music I appreciate, such as Alice Coltrane, Robert Wyatt, Ahmad Jamal, Aydın Esen, Peter Michael Hamel, as well as some more contemporary artists and friends which have been a inspiration to me such as Şevket Akıncı, Alper Maral, Piotr Kurek and Sunfear. Finally everything is glued together by a series of field recordings I collected in Mexico in the past months.
