BIOGRAPHY

Simonpietro Malandra, aka Malandra Jr. began his career as a musician already from childhood, with the piano, entering the Conservatory,
After a few years started studying clarinet, graduating with honors, winning several awards, and playing in various orchestras and chamber ensembles.
Malandra studied at the Accademia Teatro alla Scala, and right after started producing electronic music offering a unique, sophisticated releases on label such as Diynamic , R&S ,Still vor Talent , Atlant and of course Tenax recordings.

His wealth of classical music makes him able to shape electronic music with an incredible result of melody, harmony, rhythm, with shades bucolic, tradition and innovation, bass lines in contrast, are very deep and pressing ; he loves minor keys, and all this gain him lately the title of teacher at the Tenax Academy for djs and producers . this is Malandra Jr.

To celebrate our favorite time of the year in our home base Amsterdam, we are glad to bring you a second edition of our ADE-fueled guest mixes marathon, starting today and ending on Sunday as ADE comes to an end.

This year our first guest is an icon of the electronic music industry. Germany based Marcel Sterling alias Marc DePulse's career spans over more than two decades and is represented by the strongest labels (400+ releases) and performing on the biggest international stages, where he has established himself as a unique producer and DJ.

After releases and remixes on Noir Music, Traum Schallplatten, Selador, Katermukke, Parquet – just to name a few – Marc has released his second artist album "Kontrollverlust" on his home base label Einmusika Recordings.

According to his own productions, Marc is writing a column for the famous Faze Magazine, running the established label JEAHMON! Records and is working on his platform about the artists origins: “How I Met The Bass” is a storyteller podcast project which became a big brand yet.
