A BIT ABOUT MUSHU...

MUSHU is a 28-year-old DJ and producer from Sydney, Australia. He first made waves in the local scene through the Your Shot DJ competition in 2019, which opened the door to performances at top clubs across Sydney and Newcastle.

Since then, MUSHU has built a strong reputation supporting heavy-hitting artists such as Kayzo, Ray Volpe, Eliminate, Infekt, Samplifire, and Calcium. In 2024, his evolution from opener to direct support led to a headline show at Sydney’s iconic Kings Cross Hotel, alongside multiple direct support slots at major events.

His edit packs have gained global recognition, with his tracks being played out at major festivals by industry giants like Skrillex, Excision, DJ Diesel, Subtronics, and more. In 2025, MUSHU teamed up with HowAbout for a high-powered flip of Omen by The Prodigy — marking his first ever official release and a bold step into production.

With a sharp ear for trends and a signature high-energy mixing style, MUSHU continues to make his mark as one of Australia’s rising talents in the global bass music scene.

Making my debut at Legend Valley was nothing short of a dream come true. Being able to showcase heavy drum & bass on one of the biggest stages in bass music history was an absolute honor.

We PACKED out Raptor Alley and showed the world the movement we’re creating together. The energy you all brought was unreal, I’ll never forget it.

I’m beyond grateful to Excision and the Lost Lands team for the opportunity, and to everyone who came out and raged with me, thank you from the bottom of my heart.

As an avid music lover, Mark became interested with the ability the DJ was able to control the entire crowd through their music. He began to fiddle around with a controller and studied the art of DJing at a local venue in downtown Orlando, Firestone. He observed the atmosphere, the people, the lights, and of course the happiness that drew people together. Everybody around him was being impacted directly by the DJ. From that point on Mark knew his passion was in creating these special moments for those around him. He has been experimenting with Dubstep, Drum & Bass, Trap and whatever else the crowd is feeling in that particular moment.  Mark has become an expert at reading the energy in the room and interacting with the crowd to feed off them.
