Guest mixes

My second set recorded as part of GRR radio March edition. I spent most of the evening unsure what to play and not sure where I wanted to go.

But we seemed to hit near midnight, and the silliness intensified, so perfect timing to drop a hardcore set. I've been meaning to play a 170+ for a while instead of just ending there and I was pretty happy with how this turned out.

I recorded my silliest set in a while for our Chaos Emergency Doof Broadcast Network's New Years Eve show ^-^

The mixing is a little shonk but good time, not accurate etc! This mix is some of my favourite donk remixes found in the wonderful depths of SoundCloud. I wanted to see off 2020 with something silly and fun. Probably a few too many mixes in there, but I thought it was better to just do something organic rather than trying to go over it.

Stackin' Radio Show 06 - 07 - 21 Duracell Bunny Guest Mix Hosted By Gumbar

I was invited to be part of the Vitus Crew (based in NYC) for an all female hard dance takeover of Uproar Scotland. This great bunch of girls are people I've had the great fortune to discover and work with in 2021 and I always have fun playing with them and listening to all their tunes :D

I kicked of the day, being the only UK based DJ, with an hour of uptempo bootlegs and party tunes. Perfect for dancing around my little studio space ^-^ Possibly my first properly daytime session in this space but luckily the lights still look good!

I seem to have a bit of an issue streaming to Facebook Live and DJing from SoundCloud so some of my mixings not quite where I want it, but hopefully the music distracts from that! Excuse the micro outages, I think I'm asking a lot of my laptop!

Vitus Takeover of Uproar Scotland - UK Hardcore & bootleg party tunes

I returned to the Uproar Scotland stream at the end of April for a spot on Wednesday sessions. Managed to just about get home from work in time to jump on and did a hardstyle/hard dance set.

I seem to have an issue with my DJ program and streaming to Facebook live latency wise, so I had to switch to a donk playlist towards the end as I was struggling to load tracks from SoundCloud. You can definitely hear me fire fighting a whole load of tech issues but I'm not too unhappy with how this turned out ^-^

Duracell Bunny on Uproar Scotland (21Apr) - Hardstyle, Hard Dance and a sprinkling of donk

I was really excited to be part of the Pride stream put together by the Siren Project. I've really enjoyed working with them this year and it's a great place for inclusivity!

For this set I wanted to go for a set based around the sort of tunes I'd be dancing to in the gay bars of Canal Street, but with a hard dance edge. This set is a mixture of bounce, hands up, and hardcore pop bootlegs.

I did my first guest slot on Harder Southwest at the start of August, I was still slightly recovering from Kiddstock so it took me a track or 2 to find my feet in this mix but by the end I was having a great dance around my little space :D

Infest '25 hype

Second set from GRR radio Halloween live from a super sekrit location! This set was me getting VERY excited to be behind the decks. A mixture of hard dance tunes that made me dance so hard I could hardly walk the next days!

Apologies for the recording right at the end, Kark managed to knock my USB changing DJ's emergency looping the decks, so I've done a very crude cut to my final tune

Halloween Hard Dance mix

My first set as part of the Siren Project, a worldwide femme DJ collective playing regular streams and being awesome!

For this set I decided to do an hour of some awesome hard dance tracks, I spent most of the time dancing around my little studio (read teeny tiny dining room) confusing the cat.

It was nice to play to a brand new audience, and it was the first time I've done an hour performance set which was a nice change of pace. More of this sort of thing please

My set recorded for Cosmic Hard Dance online edition, Feb 21. I was asked to go down a donk route, but for me all paths seem to end in hardcore!

I'm really happy with this mix, I feel it shows a portion of what I like in silly hard dance and how much I've grown in the last few months.
