I think the use of the f word in that context is antiquated and no longer applies given the larger and more common alternate meaning.The drummer for Combichrist just lost 2 touring jobs over using the F word, and he claims he didn't mean it, he just wrote it on a jury duty summons to get out of it and still lost work. This episode is another example of how Walt generalizes all negative aspects of life without bothering to fact check and follows the masses that spread inaccurate stories because they "heard it from a friend."
