y'all realize that legal guardians can allow their kids to drink at home prior to 21.   The law differs in each state but look into your state's law about it.  

Like in some states, you can even buy your kid alcohol up to a certain percent (like 3.2%) at restaurants.  Or a kid only needs permission from their parents to drink at a party as long the people providing alcohol are over 21.
