Born in 1997 in a multi-cultural/multi-lingual family, listening and playing music were a part of Tessa’s everyday life. With a foot in Belgium, another in the UK, and yet another in California, this cultural divide inspired her style.

Anchored in alternative pop yet integrating different genres, Tessa continues to develop her musical and visual style with her new single Beautiful Pain. Moving towards a more artistic, expressionist and abstract world, you are transposed in her latest music video to a visually enchanting place directed by herself in collaboration with young artists in Brussels.

Beautiful pain is a reflection of Tessa’s world where art and music collide effortlessly. Her strong and soulful style continues to evoke the pleasure and pain of young love and relationships through moody tunes.

The long-awaited single from her upcoming EP, will be followed by three more songs over the coming months with a debut album planned for next year.

Brussels-based, singer/songwriter, Tessa Dixson walks a fine line between alternative and pop music.
