Angelo Ferreri began producing tracks in the early noughties and has since formed two record labels and produced over 100 tracks. ‘Want To Say EP’ is his first release for the Miami-based Soulfuric family, a name that stands as one of the most renowned labels in house music. The three-track EP remains true to the record label’s soulful roots, moving through groove-laden jazz, disco and 90s influences, demonstrating the producer’s ability to create versatility with rounded feel-good vibes. The title track collides the worlds of 90s house with a real jazz influence, offering funky piano riffs behind a pumping beat. ‘I’m Talking To You’ has an up-tempo classic disco backdrop with a kicking bass and soul backing vocals. Finally, ‘The Real Ghetto’ (Extended Mix) takes a southern turn with hollering vocals and electric guitar solos. A truly sun-soaked Soulfuric Trax debut from the Sicilian-born producer.

Kicking off the Spring season with a touch of soulful elegance, Duffnote welcome female House player Miss Kelly Marie to the label under her MKM guise. An uplifting slab of dance floor soul, 'This Is Love’ sees MKM join forces with vocalist Liz Jai, whose silky smooth tones brightly light up this striking heartfelt groover. Also on the package Duffnote’s top tea boy (and label boss), Richard Earnsha, amps up the F.U.N.K. and injects filtered guitars, an irresistible funky bass groove and a smattering of his signature lush key melodies on a superb remix and instrumental.

Rising Spanish talent Tete De La Course makes a massive statement with his new single on Poetry In Motion titled 'Your Love Keeps Me Hangin' On', dropping a vocal house cut with an infectious piano melody that is primed to be a timeless dancefloor anthem.

The track is the first original piece to be released on Poetry In Motion, the label Tete De La Course co-runs with four others. It also sees the artist dig back to his roots, focusing on the essence of classic house.  As the label describes, this track "will make you dance and sweat waving your hands in the air as if you were in the Loft in NYC, swimming through the balloons with a huge smile on your face." Sounds about right!
