This cover was originally planned to be a collaboration, but it has been aborted about a month ago, since my alleged collaborative partners stated that I was "unable to cooperate on the sort of creative level that they generally expect" from those who have the privilege to work with them. Being well aware of my inadequacy, I usually try to make music for fun, simply because I love doing that. I can't spend as much time as I'd like to on my music, unfortunately, so I really can't afford to waste it: that's why I eventually decided to add a few drums and keyboards parts to the aborted collaboration and release it. Please watch out for your ears while listening to it, as it probably sounds poor and shoddy. It surely does if compared to the original, that goes without saying. May Syd Barrett rest in peace, despite of all of the slandering and treachery he had to endure.

I'd like to dedicate this cover to my uncle, who initiated me into the sonic mysteries of "Ummagumma" at a very early age, giving me a chance to open up the doors of my perception.

But at what cost? Our true wealth; health, education. 
A teacher's salary is what they earn on vacation.
When will we lose patience like it's homophone due to cuts,
get the guts to stand up to everything that's unjust?
Vigilance is a must nowadays or we're fucked but
it would be nice for once to place the ice after just.

A quick search will suffice to learn the facts of this vice
and maybe it will entice, inspire masses to fight
for paradise from the present hell we suffer in life. 

Don't think twice, it's not alright, we've had enough of their tripe.
I'll be concise with the knowledge I'm about to recite like
class sizes erupting, slashed courses disrupting
development of thinking critically, our children need something
other than mathematics. Don't get me started on how it's tragic
that my kids are disadvantaged simply 'cause they're not Catholic.
Our government remains emphatic in defending their lies.
Pointing fingers elsewhere while they aim to privatize
education and healthcare. Agenda aimed for the welfare
of the wealthy. Who you think receives the promised tax breaks?
So get the facts straight. Dig 'em up before they get buried.
Their distinction of truth is now black, beyond blurry,
so let's hurry, for real, 'cause we're running out of time.
So let us storm queen's park like 1789
instead of hopes for divine intervention.
