White Cliffs debut release is a stellar remix of We Are Twin’s infectious tune “True Love.” The rich vocals are complimented by White Cliff’s addition of hip-hop inspired drums and a gorgeous bubble synth melody creating an absolutely addictive indie dance jammer.  

“When I first heard "True Love" I knew that it deserved to be played for crowds everywhere, but it needed more percussion and low-end energy for that to happen. This track is very important to me, so I wanted to make sure that I added as much electronic power as I could while still preserving the rich instrumentation and vocals in the original.” - White Cliffs

La Mar are a Sydney based, two piece electronic project who’s music hinges on the relationship between singer Dylan Wright, and keyboardist / producer, Andrew Grant.

The duo spent a large part of this year writing and finding the foundation for their music and collecting sounds, such as Grant’s dusty old FenderRhodes that kicks off their debut single, “Anchor.”  The mixdown on “Anchor,” was delicately handled by producer Craig Wilson (Flume, New Navy, LDRU, Yahtzel), at the legendary, REC studios.

The EP finishes off with Mazde’s tasteful spin on “Anchor,”
in what sounds less like a remix, and more of an interpretation of sounds. Following “Shifted Thoughts,” Mazde carefully creates a unique track, appealing to only the most cultured of ears. 

Seeing through the creative process right to the end, Jack Vanzet aka Thrupence (Future Classic) did the stunning oceanic cover art.
