"Atara," the third track from the collaborative EP "Interwoven" by Iyakuh & Lo.renzo, is out now.

The song embodies the voices of Malawian culture in Africa, inspired by the powerful rituals, dances, and stories of these traditions. It features vibrant melodies woven with live ngoni and Tank drum, seamlessly blending textured downtempo sections with full-on tribal dance rhythms.

We express deep gratitude for the songs and presence of these lineages that provide us with immense inspiration. It is an honor to work with these sounds.

i composed a breakbeat track, cinematic & epic, with pads & strings, then i recorded Zian Helot in Goa last winter, a french trumpetist , and i recorded my violin, electric veena, tabla and bansuri.

Ancient Drums führt uns durch einen Dschungel aus Gefühlen und wir bekommen Lust in die Natur abzuhauen und uns selbst zu entschleunigen. Der Track beschreibt die Sehnsüchte unserer aktuellen Generation ziemlich gut, welche sich immer mehr der Natur, als der Stadt hingezogen fühlt.

This remix of “Shiva Manas Puja” by Eyal Matsliah aka @Nowananda deeply resonates with our love for “Spiritual Deeptech”.

From the artist:

"I'm inspired by growing up in a multi-cultural family, playing classical piano for 7 years, life-long dancing and music collecting, 20 years of traveling and an extensive study, practice, and teaching of yoga, tantra and body/energy work.

I have listened to the original track during my years of yoga practice and was inspired to weave it into a live “devotional chillout" set I played in Bali Dacha spa outside Ubud, Bali.
The remix uses the track "Divine Revision (I Awake Remix) by Isaac Cotec aka Subaqueous” for the underlying rhythm.

Tetouze, grows with techno & spent half of his life learning Indian music. He plays sitar, tabla, flute, violin with his own electro compositions.

At 11 years old, Tetouze access to turntables. His big brother teach him DJing. When teenager he composes with synthetizers and Cubase on Atari computer . He records few short electro techno albums between 1995 to 1998, then goes to London and produces techno music in his big brother's studio.  2002 he released a LP "Tyreless" indian breakbeat style. Back to France, he join the crew "Beatbox" as a breakbeat Drum&Bass DJ. 2004 he goes to India to learn sitar and tabla. He starts to live in a van (for the next 12 years) and continues to spent every winter in India. From 2007 he starts a group in Goa :  "Minimal Fusion" and  releases his first album electro acoustic fusion. Then he learns indian violin and bansuri, he composes a solo concert with all these instruments + electronic equipment and plays small concerts while travelling(Peru, Equator, Mexico...).  From 2014, he plays in street festivals, then has tour in Ukraine, Russia, India, Mexico & Egypt. Since 2020, he released 2 albums and 27 EP with LABO LOGIC record and "Samyojana" LP on O'tawa record. He played in Son libre, Cabaret Sauvage, Hadra, Isis Garden, Okami, Harmonic, Rock au Chateau, Kaleidoscope, Vibronica
