She is the vinyl radio host of Juicy Fruit Records on Empty Plate Radio. Her sounds are fused with bits of Jpop, Taiwan disco, Indian disco, Samba, Peruvian cumbia and more. She dedicates this mix to all the great psychedelic cumbia bands, Los Mirlos, Los Destellos, Los Pakines, Ranil y su conjunto and more.

The late 80’s early 90s were a crucial period for electronic music, we saw Electro and Acid House develop into Hardcore and Jungle in a short space of time. Each of those genres have stood the test of time and we're now seeing a much welcomed resurgence.

ARJAI says "I wanted this mix to be a nod to that era using modern tunes that take heavy influence from those early pioneers. Big synths, blips, bloops, amens, breakbeats, edits and some of my own tunes all crammed into 40 minutes. This mix features the majority of what I'm feeling musically at the moment. I hope you enjoy as I had a blast making it, crank it up!"
