This energetic track captures the intense, but exhilarating spirit of battle in the stories of Red Jade. Dariak, Kitalla, Randler, and Gabrion each display their own unique abilities on the battlefield to combat their enemies and continue on their journey. Battle Dance represents the team's ever-growing confidence and determination to collect the scattered jades.

The Bassoon 5 (also known as "Quirky Bassoon") is a fun, uptempo orchestral track featuring the bassoon. Instrumentation includes woodwinds (flute, clarinet, oboe, bassoon), french horns, harp, xylophone, marimba, glockenspiel, timpani, and section strings.

This is Tchaikovsky’s Russian Dance (or Trepak) from the ballet The Nutcracker. This piece, like many others from the ballet, is commonly associated with Christmas and the winter season. Its upbeat, festive nature inspires both excitement and happiness.

This is a soft ambient track inspired by Dariak the mage from the book series Red Jade. Healing magic plays an important role throughout the quest as the team encounters many life-threatening challenges. This track represents the gentler energies summoned by Dariak that heal both himself and his companions.

Mystic Passage

This popular classical march was written by Julius Fucik in 1897, and is often heard today in circus settings to introduce performers. This digital arrangement is for woodwinds (piccolo, flutes, oboes, clarinets, bass clarinet, and bassoons), brass (trumpets, french horns, trombones, and tubas), and percussion (snare drum, bass drum, glockenspiel, and cymbals).

Fucik - Entry Of The Gladiators

It probably goes without saying that the epic game Mario Kart 64 was the inspiration behind this track. It features the vocals of the cast of 8 characters (Mario, Luigi, Wario, Toad, Peach, Donkey Kong, Bowser, and Yoshi) over original, quirky instrumental music.

Anyone who has played any of the Mario Kart games might know that the end of many races can be pretty intense as everyone scrambles to the finish line. I wanted to capture some of that chaos towards the end of the track.

And of course, Luigi finishes last as usual.

Jazzy Upbeat is a fun, uptempo track with lots of energy. The saxophones and clarinets carry the melody while the percussion and bass provide support and keep the rhythm going.

The Chinese Dance (also known as “Tea”) is a piece from the ballet The Nutcracker, which was composed by Tchaikovsky. This is a fun, happy piece with a bright melody played by flutes and a piccolo. The bassoons and section basses provide a consistent rhythmic foundation throughout. The clarinets enter at the piece’s climax with arpeggiating passages, which add even more happiness to an already joyful track.

Tchaikovsky - The Nutcracker - Chinese Dance (Tea)

This is the full score version of Tchaikovsky’s Dance of the Mirlitons from The Nutcracker ballet. Like most of his other works from that ballet, this one is especially popular around Christmas. The flutes play a sweet, playful melody over light orchestral accompaniment. About halfway through, the brass and strings take over the piece with a more impending tone until the flutes return with the original melody to conclude the piece.
