I’m waiting for the day that I can declare myself as an unapologetic Christian. A time where I could declare the Lords word over others without fear, and preach and give to those in need. I’m obviously not there yet, and even as I type this I’m stuck in sin. But I know that the walk with Christ is a long one, and I know I won’t be trapped here forever, and I know that the same people I’m with now won’t stay in my life forever. And I know that the Lord is preparing me for a great life, and that he is a forgiving and loving God. And HE knows that I stumble and fall short before his glory everyday, and that everyone on this earth does too. And yet he died for all of us. Not to give us a second chance, a tenth chance, or even 100. He came to give us an infinite amount of chances, and all the time we have in our lives to repent, because he loves us so much. Is surrendering our sinful lives and defying our flesh really too much to ask for? It may be for some, but you’re not going through this alone. You have Jesus, who will always help you along the way, and never leave or judge you. I know that someday, you and I will find the right people/spouses for our lives, have many opportunities in life, and live the best lives that God can give us. It won’t be a rosy walk, but it’s worth it. God is worth it, and his son dying on the cross for us is worth it. May the Lord God bless you and I, and I hope you have a good life
