I was born in 1992 in Tokyo, Japan. I am a graduate of Tokyo University of the Arts from the Department of Composition, and subsequently from the same department of the Graduate School of Music. And also I studied in the Milan Conservatory and Accademia Musicale Chigiana in Italy.

In 2016. In 2017, I was selected for the 34th JSCM Award for Composers winning the Listener’s Award, while also taking 1st place and winning both the Miyoshi and Meiji Yasuda prizes in the 86th Music Competition of Japan. In 2018 I was nominated for the 28th Akutagawa Award for Music Composition. In 2019, I won 2nd place in the composition category of ‘Premio del Conservatorio di Milano’. In 2022, I was a finalist in the Luciano Berio International Composition Competition (Italy).

My works have been performed by numerous groups and individuals, including Geidai Philharmonia Orchestra, Tokyo Symphony Orchestra, New Japan Philharmonic, Seto Philharmonic Orchestra, Tokyo Sinfonietta, Ensemble REAM, CONTAINER ENSEMBLE, MDI ensemble, Eutopia Ensemble, Quartetto Prometeo, Zsolt Nagy, Jean-Guihen Queyras, and I have also composed numerous commissioned works.

I studied composition under Akira Muroya, Takayuki Yoshimoto, Tatsuhiko Nishioka, Manabu Kawai, Kunitaka Kokaji, Gabriele Manca, Salvatore Sciarrino, and Riccardo Piacentini. Currently, I am a lecturer at Tokyo College of Music and Senzoku Gakuen College of Music.
