Needless to say we are glad to have stumbled upon him at the end of last year, and are quite excited about both this contribution to our Free Download series and his eventual EP.

'Tomahawk' on the A side is a hypnotic dancefloor stepper complete with dread inducing technoid sound design, and a rolling feel in the drums, with elements of techstep and jungle fused into a solidified concrete Junglist weapon. 

The flip sees Mahakala transform into a spaced out drumfunk workout, taking the 'alligator boogalo' break to new heights over a pastel soundscape, with moments of tension and release that create the cerebral workout that is 'The Realms'.
