This mixtape summarizes the last season of my life which was full of changes, transformation, and realizations. I dealt with a break-up, found new love, traveled a bunch, was depressed, joyous, grateful, quit my job, found a new one, moved cities...there was a lot happening.

Teylor Parks — often known as the “multihyphenate queen” —  is an American singer, songwriter, and artist based in Atlanta, Georgia. The eccentric Neo-soul goddess has been performing since she was 10 years old, playing at local festivals, art shows, and private parties throughout the southeast. Teylor’s sound pulls from influences of R&B, funk, and indie, tied together by her signature airy voice, Disney princess-like tones, and choir influenced harmonies. 

Her debut single, “Wish Upon a Star (Affirmations),” was released in 2021 and features her angelic vocals layered on top of inspiring mantras. In 2022, she released her first mixtape, “Changes,” showcasing her songwriting abilities and exploring themes related to self-transformation. 

Since early 2022, Teylor Parks has been on the road, performing in major capitols like Atlanta and Tallahassee. Her music overlaps with her positivity brand, “Breathe in Color,” which offers affirmation cards and other inspirational products. Over the next year, Teylor plans to release several EPs, perform at large festivals, and collaborate with others artists using their talents to spread light.
