Hot on the heels of his smash hit ‘Get Beasty’ EP released in February this year, Hot Creations favourite Patrick Topping is back with another superb release in the running to be his most successful yet! The ‘Boxed Off’ EP features three dance floor bombs, just as we’ve come to expect from talented youngster, all with that signature Patrick Topping sound yet each completely unique. ‘Forget’ is potentially his biggest track yet, a staple of Jamie’s current sets it’s truly infectious and set to be feature heavily at WMC this year. ‘Boxed Off’ is menacing, rumbling & dark heads-down affair whilst ‘Schwicked’ is another hooky as hell bomb from Patrick. Another killer three track EP from Patrick Topping, who seems like he can do no wrong at the moment!

Patrick Topping impressed us all with his debut EP ‘Walk On’, with his tracks being championed by Jamie Jones, Lee Foss and the Hot Creations crew. His next EP ‘Any Amounts’ was one of the biggest releases of the year for Hot Creations. More recently his ‘Get Beasty’ EP was released, receiving masses of support including regular plays on Radio 1 from the likes of Annie Mac and Pete Tong who crowned him as a ‘Future Star’ on his show.

Alongside releases on his home label Hot Creations he has a track coming out on the Defected Miami CD and remixes on the way for Circus Recordings and Resonance Records.

They have been gaining momentum for their productions and already signed to D-Vine Sounds, Nervous Records & Mark Radford’s Audio Rehab & Plus Recordings and now with their Sleazy Tech debut Peaceful Crowd. After the lads gave the original out to a select few,  there has been so much buzz surrounding the release.  ATFC, Grant Nelson, Low Steppa & The Shapeshifters all asking for a copy personally and their good friend Sam Divine claiming it as her Ibiza & festival anthem for 2016.

With its very well known M1 piano sample that we all know and love, plus the genius use of sampling Steve “Silk” Hurley’s voice from an old interview about house music and that it’s always had a peaceful crowd. K & K really deliver an anthem for today’s dance-floor, 90’s & jacked up tech house for the masses which will be getting smashed for months if not years to come !!! Across the ‘Street Rave EP’ McVicar marries Chicago inflected raw house sounds with an unmistakable UK rave slant throughout. From the buoyant combination of undulating bass and a rich palette of synths, stabs and vocal drops, the title track is just under six minutes of earworming hooks. ‘Dorian’ is a tougher, more clipped affair with a stomping, acid-inflected groove doing the work while closing track sees McVicar team up with fellow Scot Roose for a no-holds-barred workout which fuse 4:4 UK hardcore to a rock-solid house beat.
