"A little girl on a BIG journey

Little Amal is the giant puppet at the heart of The Walk, travelling 8,000km in support of refugees.

In 2021, the 3.5 metre-tall living artwork of a young Syrian refugee child will walk across Turkey, Greece, Italy, France, Switzerland, Germany, Belgium and the UK to focus attention on the urgent needs of young refugees.

The Benefit of Hindsight

Thank you to fashion designer Haus of Ra for commissioning this piece of music to accompany the display of their beautiful Sirens of Babylon collection at the British Film Festival/British Fashion Festival.

Raahim needed the track to capture the feeling of the collection, with key points of inspiration being mysticism, fluidity and lust. And after pouring over the gorgeous images and videos, it was brilliant to see the collection elegantly displayed at the festival last December!

Inspired by traditional Japanese music, in '水 (Mizu)' I explore texture in a musical and electronic sense.

A live electronic piece performed using Ableton Live, electric violin and a few knobs I mapped to generate some cool sci-fi sounds to. Composed for my second year Electronic Composition module

This extended mix was recorded in 3 vocal octaves.
