Our latest release comes from rising Sicilian star Laibert. ‘Paradise’ sees the upcoming producer enlist the incredible vocal talents of Siren Gene, to create this world class, vocal-lead house production.

Laibert hooks us instantly with a chilled, steady beat and warped, echoing vocals, the first glimpses of Gene’s flawless top note flickering through. However, it’s undoubtedly when the release unfolds that the young producer’s mixing prowess really shines, seamlessly weaving between climatic, main room build ups and paired back, spine-tingling vocals.

On the remixes, Onefold’s Tempo Elektrik’s edit places the track firmly in main-room territory, pulling the beat into focus with a heavier, pounding bassline; while Alex Ross teases with a drawn out, tantalizing intro, his relaxed take on the original allowing the vocals and melodies to take centre stage.

Originally released in 1998 with Danny Tenaglia, “Music Is The Answer” by Celeda is one of the defining tracks of the late ’90s club scene. In this AfroTech rework, I kept the legendary vocal and built a fresh groove around it, blending hypnotic percussion and Afro House textures — bringing modern energy while honoring the timeless spirit of the classic.

"We chose this track because it's got all the elements of an underground house record with a tough UK edge. A weighty 4x4 drum arrangement leads the way with a hefty percussive headspace. 

The track seamlessly meanders between high energy sections and breakdowns, with a robust breakbeat used to great effect in the mid-section accompanied by an evolving synth line. The strong mixdown, EQ and master also aided our decision in separating it from the bunch as more of a well-polished record."
