I had a dream that Birmingham's one and only Low Steppa and dark bass trendsetter Taiki Nulight teamed up to collaborate on some music, it was glorious. When I woke up I thought, "This could never happen." As I checked my email that day there was not one but two songs by the innovative British producers. It's a Night Bass miracle! The two songs are a perfect union of both producers' styles. "Nu Jam" is a dark and bouncy roller with a big fat sub guiding the way, while "Nose Powder" takes us to a fist pump level of energy around a minimal but undeniably banging bassline. Low Steppa & Taiki Nulight - Nose Powder (Original Mix)

Little is (publicly) known about Miami-based SLUGGERS but in almost no time they have landed support from industry top dogs Skrillex, Boys Noize, A-Trak & Diplo. 

This has lead to SLUGGERS appearances at some of the worlds top festival stages including TomorrowWorld, Ultra Music Festival & EDC Las Vegas. 

After landing a track in Skrillex’s BBC 1 Essential Mix, the Slugs were tapped for an EP on OWSLA’s Nest and an official remix of Diplo’s single, ‘Revolution’ on Mad Decent, their HYPR/COURTESY EP released on Fool's Gold Clubhouse, and Voyager EP on Main Course Records. 

But you can only be in the little league for so long right (just kidding Diplo and Skrill and co). 

But - we might have hung out with these mysterious peeps in Miami this year - their hometown no less - and the fruits of those hangs are this very EP. 

Eat your heart out Fatboy, there's a new Eat Sleep in town - and it's called MY HEAD.
