i dont mean to be that guy lol but they didnt plan on making the Humans originally until after they had almost lost to the IGIGI (the Slave race they had originally came to earth with to use as their workforce) in a brutal ass war...thats why they made us the size we are, the IGIGI were like 15ft-30ft tall (just a lil bit smaller than the Annunaki) which helped them put up a good fight
