I actually wrote this piece of music with the intention of being able to listen to it and think back on life. When I began writing I had an image of a man stood in the middle of an open sea and that image inspired the piece. Things don't always go as planned but every last part of our life is important in creating the final image. I hope you enjoy Reflect.
