The record is a bit poppier effort than you might expect, but it wears well. With its grimy thumping bass there’s more than enough sweetness to make you want to snuggle up or dance with that special person and enjoy their presence.
Quinn also delivers some quite lovely silky smooth backing vocals, it almost feels like gilding the lily. This is a great song for the springtime leading into the summer.
