heyy people of soundcloud! im just gonna talk about the cover over here even though nobody asked :) ive been playing around with my recording equipment and logic and this was kinda just the result of that. the mixing is kinda bad and im sorry about that i really tried but its my first time using logic and im still getting the hang of it; i recorded 2 guitars and panned them to the left and right to give an echo and layered effect and did the same with 2 takes of the vocals. i also messed around with the panning of the vocals around different parts of the cover and added a filter to the harmonies too just to see how it would sound like. i also LOVE how this song sounds almost messy in the original recording by bea and i tried to emulate that in the cover by not using a metronome with the backing track! ok that's all i had alotta fun with this and I can't wait to record more stuff soon (if school doesn't kill me lol)

merry christmas! :) tried to add my own spin on a well-loved christmas classic. this particular cover is heavily influenced by the version that phoebe bridgers had on her christmas ep (which i love to bits)
