My first single release. Noctilucent Clouds are reflections of ice crystals in the upper levels of the atmosphere. Photography credits go to my father, Timothy Smith, who took this picture in Florida while I was writing this song (unknown to him at the time). Noctilucent Clouds

This one really felt like a Coda to the original; I still had more to say on this tune so I wanted to release an alternate take. I am so pleased Matt Twaddle hopped on this track. He really outdid himself with his Bill Evans style improv here. Funnily enough my Dad also took this photo on the day Matt recorded his take, amazing synchronicity!

A true rock n roll kid at heart, I stumbled upon my love for improvisation in high school in NYC. I studied Jazz at UMass Amherst while getting a B.S. in Psych and am finally in a position to start releasing my discography of unrecorded tunes.
