this compilation will include single vs. freestyles  as well as full songs  and will continue to increase over time. The idea here is to make songs available that will not be found on albums or EP's. These songs are often just warm ups or songs I wrote directly to, about or was inspired by someone.   The other cool thing is I will have full breaks downs for these songs right here on Soundcloud,  you will have  the chance to hear people react to the songs I wrote about them or at-least hear what inspired me to write it.

in this first session im introducing you to something I practice personally as a form of healing. this is a  form of meditation  that also includes some  Cognitive behavioral Therapy you can do short bursts of this at work, you can do this on your lunch breaks or in-between clients  to get a quick recharge through out the day.  I like to combine this with a trip to a lake or stream   with my head phones  and just zone out for a bit. this will help  increase joy, creativity  and your health
